  4. In this archive are existing DDF files (FILE, FIELD) that you can use
  5. to attach to two existing Btrieve sample databases (Employee.bdb and
  6. Dept.bdb).  This will give you an idea of the end result of using the
  7. DDFFILE.EXE and DDFFIELD.EXE utilities.  The included DDF files were
  8. created using these two utilites.

  10. To get started creating your own DDF files, use the existing FILE.DAT
  11. and FIELD.DAT files as guides while following the steps outlined in
  12. README.TXT.
